The ‘FLEX – Build’ programme offers a fantastic opportunity to develop work based skills within the construction sector, progressing to one of our full-time courses or leading to employment.

As a ‘FLEX Build’ student you can look forward to the following:

• Site visits so you experience what it is like to work in the construction sector
• The chance to study a key skill
• Assistance in finding employment
• The chance to study on a full time course on completion of the ‘FLEX Build’ programme.

• Group activities
• Presentations from industry experts
• Work placements
• External visits.
