Content	These NVQ’s assesses a wild range of basic engineering skills and will equip you to work within production and maintenance engineering. You can choose from a variety of optional units to suit your own strengths and interests. The QAC engineering workshop is well equipped with traditional and modern CNC production equipment. You will have the opportunity to learn the correct and safe method of using hand tools, measuring and marking equipment, to set and operate conventional milling machines and lathes and be introducing to NC and CNC processes.
Extra Activities
Progression	Competently perform practical tasks to set standards relevant to basic electronic engineering. Have a generalised mastery of the underpinning knowledge to perform practical task.
